These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (‘you‘), and GMP Property Services, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We will provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Services you are using. The modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting or notifying you by __________, as stated in the email message. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

- OUR SERVICES
By using our services, you certify that you have read and reviewed this agreement and that you agree to comply with the terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to stop using the website accordingly; GMP only grants use and access to our website, products and services to those who have accepted its term. Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our intellectual property
We are the sole owner / licensee of all intellectual property rights in our materials, products and services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the ‘Content’), as well as all copy rights,trade secrets, trademarks, patents, service marks, and logos contained therein (the ‘Marks’).
Your use of our Services
As a user of this website, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You will be solely responsible in ensuring accuracy in the information provided. You will be responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
We have a team of experts whom understand local regulations and codes. Our team of builders, architects, engineers, consultants and designers will help complete projects to the best of standards.
By you accepting out terms you acknowledge the following;
- Terms and conditions may only be amended with the consent of both parties in writing
- Client accepts and acknowledges that any information that is supplied to the client by the contractor for the purpose of providing a quotation remains the property of the contractor and must not be forwarded to any other party to submit quotation for works. If by any means the Client fails to comply with this clause, the Contractor reserves all rights to charge the Client for time taken to prepare for quotation/ information. Documentations supplied
- Client acknowledges that in the event that the supply of works/Materials/ Equipments requested exceeds the client’s credit limit and/or the account exceeds payment terms, Contract can reserve the right to refuse delivery.
- Any proposed change to the Scope of works requested by Client must be made in writing to the Contractor. Additional charges may incur.
- CHANGE IN CONTROL
Client is obliged to give the Contractor not less than fourteen ( 14) days prior to written notice of any proposed change of ownership that the client/ and or any other change in Clients details ( changes in name, address, contact number business practice etc)
Client at all time shall be liable for any lose incurred by the Contractor as a result of the Clients failure to comply with the clause.
- MATERIALS
Only suitable new Materials to be used
Demolished Materials shall remain within the Clients property, Contractors materials which are brought to the site shall remain the property of the Contractor.
Agreement between the Client and the Contractor shall be as followed;
- Client has paid the Contractor all amounts owed to the Contractor
- Client has met all their obligations to the Contractor
- Until ownership has been passed to the Client, any fixtured materials must return to the contractor
- Client holds insurance of the materials on trust for the Contractor and must pay the Contractor the proceeds of any insurance in the event of the Materials being lost, damaged or destroyed.
- Client must not sell, dispose or otherwise part from the possession of the materials for then the Client must hold the proceeds of any such act on trust for the Contractor and must pay or deliver the proceeds to the Contractor on demand
- Client should not at any time during the project convert or process the Materials or intermix them with other goods, if the Client does so then the Client holds the resulting product on trust for the benefit of the Contractor and must sell, dispose of the returns which results in product to the Contractor.
- Client can not charge nor give away any interest in the materials whilst they remain property of the Contractor
- Contractor may commence in recovering the price of the materials sold as of the ownership of the materials has not passed to the Client.
- PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment:

– Mastercard
– Visa
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in Starlings.
Client accepts and acknowledges that Contractor’s quotation or estimate includes solely the scope of works expressed and described therein. Client accepts that additional works may be required and will be charged depending on the variations of ;
- Works/Equipments which are supplied is requested
- Additional works are required due to the discovery of hidden/ unidentifiable difficulties ( poor weather conditions, limitation of accessing site, availability of machinery, safety considerations, prerequisite work by any third parties not being completed, change of design, hard rock barriers below the surface, iron reinforcing rods in concrete, hidden pipes, wiring, obscured building defects etc)
- Delays outside the Contractors control
- Increase in cost of labor or materials which are beyond the Contract’s control.
We require 10% of the total price booking fee, 30% at the start of the project, 30% during the project and the final 30% once the project has been completed.
If we incur any additional costs because of the following;
- Changes to the works which you have requested,
- Information which you have provided us with is not right
- If unexpected things have incurred which are outside of out control we will change the price.
This could take place before the works have started or during the works. We will notify you and you are required to make payments within 14 days of out notice.
Preliminary site inspections shall be made by the Contractor in order to provide Client with a quotation/estimate. In the event that the site has restricted accessed i.e Furnishings and other obstacles, this will have an effect on the Contractor’s ability to provide an accurate quotation. The client therefore accepts that additional charges may incur.
Contractor is prepared on the basis that all works shall be undertaken during the Contractor’s normal working hours however in the event that the client requires the Contractor to work outside its normal hours ( including public holidays, extended hours, weekends) then the contractor reserves the right to charge the client for additional labor costs.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
If payment of invoices is not received by its due date, we reserve the right to recover all and any costs, commissions, fees or disbursements incurred for the collection of the outstanding payment including those which may be incurred by using a debt collection agency, howsoever incurred.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If any dispute arises between both parties during the the project then either party shall send to the other party a notice of dispute in writing identifying and providing details of the dispute. This should be done within fourteen (14) days after service of a notice dispute, the parties shall confer at least once, to attempt and resolve the issue.
If at any case this takes place each party shall be represented by a person having authority to agree to a resolution of dispute. In such event that the dispute can not be resolved than either party may by further notice in writing delivered by hand or sent via email to the other party.
- POLICY
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
- COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAWS
Client and Contractor shall comply with the provisions of all statutes, regulations and bylaws of the government, local and public authorities that may be applicable to the works.
Client shall obtain all licenses, approvals, applications and permits that may be required for the works, which have not be included in the project documents provided by the contractor.
Client agrees that the site will comply with all work health and safety laws relating to the building/ construction sites/
- USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
(1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms;
(2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside
; (3) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a both, script or otherwise; (4) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).
- PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services and/or the Content contained therein.
Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services.
Use any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
Engage in unauthorised framing of or linking to the Services.
Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming(continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Services or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Services.
Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that actsas a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (‘gifs’), 1×1pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as ‘spyware’ or ‘passive collection mechanisms’ or ‘pcms’).
Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services.
Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.
Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services.
Copy or adapt the Services’ software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP,HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
Except as permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up apart of the Services.
Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Services, or use or launch any unauthorised script or other software.
Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Services.
Make any unauthorised use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretences.
Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise.
Use the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
- CONTRIBUTION LICENCE
By posting your Contributios to any part of the Services
, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right, and licence to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly perform, publicly display,reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt (in whole or in part), and distribute such Contributions (including, without limitation, your image and voice) for any purpose,
commercial, advertising, or otherwise, and to prepare derivative works of, orincorporate into other works, such Contributions, and grant and authorisesublicences of the foregoing. The use and distribution may occur in any mediaformats and through any media channels.
This licence will apply to any form, media, or technology now known or hereafterdeveloped, and includes our use of your name, company name, and franchise name,as applicable, and any of the trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, andpersonal and commercial images you provide. You waive all moral rights in yourContributions, and you warrant that moral rights have not otherwise been asserted in your Contributions.
We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership off all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions. We are not liable for any statements orrepresentations in your Contributions provided by you in any area on the Services. You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Services and you expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding your Contributions.
We have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, (1) to edit, redact, or otherwise change any Contributions; (2) to re-categories any Contributions to place them in more appropriate locations on the Services; and (3) to pre-screen or delete any Contributions at any time and for any reason, without notice. We have no obligation to monitor your Contributions.
- GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
We may provide you areas on the Services to leave reviews or ratings. - SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms, including without limitation,reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion andwithout limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to theextent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Services or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in amanner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the properfunctioning of the Services.
- PRIVACY POLICY
We care about data privacy and security. By using the Services, you agree to bebound by our Privacy Policy posted on the Services, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Please be advised the Services are hosted in the United Kingdom. If you access the Services from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United Kingdom, then through your continued use of the Services, you are transferring your data to the United Kingdom, and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed in the United Kingdom.
- COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS

- TERM AND TERMINATION

WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, WERESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICEOR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDINGBLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON ORFOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANYREPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE LEGALTERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATEYOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES OR DELETE
ANY CONTENTOR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, INOUR SOLE DISCRETION.
If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited fromregistering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name,or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party.In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to takeappropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, andinjunctive redress.
- MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at anytime or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have noobligation to update any information on our Services. We will not be liable to you orany third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experiencehardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to theServices, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change,revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time orfor any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoeverfor any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use theServices during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services. Nothing in theseLegal Terms will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support the Services orto supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms are governed by and interpreted following the laws of the United Kingdom, and the use of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sales of Goods is expressly excluded. If your habitual residence is in the EU, and you are a consumer, you additionally possess the protection provided to you by obligatory provisions of the law in your country to residence. GMP Property Services and yourself both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of __________, which means that you may make a claim to defend your consumer protection rights in regards to these Legal Terms in the United Kingdom, orin the EU country in which you reside.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claimrelated to these Legal Terms (each a ‘Dispute’ and collectively, the ‘Disputes’) broughtby either you or us (individually, a ‘Party’ and collectively, the ‘Parties’), the Partiesagree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising from the relationships between the Parties to these Legal Termsshall be determined by one arbitrator who will be chosen in accordance with the Arbitration and Internal Rules of the European Court of Arbitration being part of the
European Centre of Arbitration having its seat in Strasbourg, and which are in forceat the time the application for arbitration is filed, and of which adoption of this clause constitutes acceptance. The seat of arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom. The language of the proceedings shall be English. Applicable rules of substantive law shall be the law of the United Kingdom.
Restrictions
The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between theParties individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall bejoined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilise class action procedures; and (c)there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration
The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning informal negotiations binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorised use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.
- CORRECTIONS
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
- DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOUAGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TOTHE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES,EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USETHEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OFMERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUTTHE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES’ CONTENT OR THECONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES OR MOBILE APPLICATIONS LINKED TO THESERVICES AND WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FORANY (1) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT ANDMATERIALS, (2) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATUREWHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THESERVICES, (3) ANY UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURESERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/ORFINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (4) ANY INTERRUPTION ORCESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES, (5) ANY BUGS,VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TOOR THROUGH THE SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (6) ANY ERRORSOR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT AND MATERIALS OR FOR ANY LOSS ORDAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANYCONTENT POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIATHE SERVICES. WE DO NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUMERESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OROFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICES, ANY HYPERLINKEDWEBSITE, OR ANY WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION FEATURED IN ANYBANNER OR OTHER ADVERTISING, AND WE WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR INANY WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEENYOU AND ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. ASWITH THE PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT OR SERVICE THROUGH ANY MEDIUMOR IN ANY ENVIRONMENT, YOU SHOULD USE YOUR BEST JUDGEMENT ANDEXERCISE CAUTION WHERE APPROPRIATE.
- LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
